This strenuous event took place on 14th December 2008.
14 Teams took part in colourful costumes and a huge variety of "prams".
At the penultimate hurdle "Big Chief and Little Squaw" (Dan Cooke and Colette Phillips) were spectacularly beaten to first place by "The team with no name" (Jed Glanvill and Russ Mellenchip), cutting in on the inside as they rounded the village green. "Last Chance Saloon" (James Gray and Kevin Ashford) made a very creditable third place.
